As a Junior Representative with A.G.S. you will visit Canadians families each day marketing our advanced Two-Way Voice and Radio home security solutions. You will work hard, traveling from living room to living room, eight to ten hours a day.
A.G.S. will train you as a home security salesperson. We have a proven marketing process designed to help you succeed.
You are not required to purchase anything. This is not an MLM. This is a legitimate, performance based, sales position. Our products are in great demand and security is a high priority for any homeowner.
To be successful at this job you must have a positive mental attitude, you must work hard and be able to work well with people. Integrity, Accountability and Service are the 3 qualities you must have good control of before progressing towards becoming a target marketing rep on a performance pay plan with A.G.S. Home security is a serious business. Our products protect families from intrusion, fire, medical and other family emergencies. The best part about this job is knowing that at the end of the day you may have saved a life or prevented a personal tragedy.
A.G.S. provides high-end apartment style corporate housing facilities for you. In an effort to avoid abuse, we charge each contractor $200 the 5th and 20th of each month for rent (assuming you live in corporate housing). Our rent rule is designed to eliminate those who would stay rent-free for the summer and not work.
Those who put forth a minimal effort and reach 25 sales by the end of the summer live rent free. Your full rent is refunded at the end of the summer.
Housing units are fully furnished and include access to cable TV/Internet for use during nonworking hours. Housing is by gender only, and contractors sleep two to a room. Typical apartments hold no more than 6 contractors. The set-up of Utilities (TV, Internet, Water, Gas, etc.) and the payment of the bills are the responsibility of the individuals to split up and pay. A.G.S. is not responsible.
