To reconnect a camera to a Wi-Fi network using WPS mode:
Locate the WPS button on the router.
Typically this says or is labeled with the letters WPS, two arrows forming a circle, or a lock icon.Note: WPS may not be an option on all routers. Refer to the router’s installation manual for additional instructions on locating the button and to see if it is a feature of the router.
Locate the WPS button on the camera.
On most camera models, this is labeled with the letters WPS found on back of camera.
With the camera powered up, put the camera into WPS mode by holding this button for about two to three seconds, or until the LED begins to flash blue.
Put the router into WPS mode by pressing the WPS button on the router for one to six seconds. The time can vary significantly between router models. Typically a light flashes on the router to indicate it is in WPS mode.
If no LED or a blinking red LED on the router, it might be indicative that WPS is disabled in the router.
Wait a couple of minutes to allow the camera and router to discover one another.
The camera LED changes from flashing blue, to flashing green, and to red. Wait for the LED to stay at one color for a few minutes before continuing.
To reconnect a camera to a Wi-Fi network using Access Point (AP) Mode:
This method applies to all AP Mode-enabled Alarm.com cameras.
Press and hold the WPS button on the back of the camera for five to seven seconds.
The camera first flashes blue before flashing white.
Once the camera flashes white, immediately release the button.
Using a computer, smartphone, or tablet, connect to the Wi-Fi network named ALARM (##:##:##).
The numbers in parentheses are the last six digits of the camera’s MAC address.
Using a web browser on the device used in step 2, enter in the camera’s access point URL (i.e., http://ADCsetup,) and press to go to the web page.
If this does not work, verify that the device is still connected to the ALARM network.
If the camera’s access point URL is not working, try to enter the IP address of the camera 192.168.1.1 in the web browser.
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to the customer’s wireless network.
Click Scan for wireless networks.
Click the name of the customer’s Wi-Fi network.
Type in the Security Key, which is the customer’s Wi-Fi password.
Click OK in the pop-up window that appears asking to refer to the website.
Once the camera’s LED is solid green, try to view live video on the Customer Website or app.
If the camera’s LED does not turn solid green, try steps 1 through 9 again using AP mode.
Camera STILL not connecting, LED Solid Red ?
If all preceding methods have failed and the camera still has a solid red LED, it is recommended to delete the camera from the customer’s account, perform a factory reset, and then connect the camera to the new wireless network.

First you need to delete the device from your alarm.com account if you want to re install it due to changing internet providers, wifi password change, adding an extender etc. .
For Alarm.com simply log into your account through the website at www.alarm.com login with your username and password.
Click on VIDEO then click on SETTINGS then click on VIDEO DEVICE INFO
If you have more than one video device then make sure to select the camera you want to delete.
Video Device: and scroll down the page and select Delete this Video Device
Your Camera is now deleted from your account and is now ready to be reset and re installed.
HOW TO ERASE ALL INFORMATION INSIDE CAMERA TO DEFAULT
Hold the WPS button on the back of the camera until the LED light alternates red and green, which usually happens after 15-30 seconds.
Once it shows red and green you can let go of button and allow it to reset. The camera will erase all information from previous and allow you to re install to your account.
